To the Westminster Class of 2010 and Parents:

We are pleased to have the opportunity to provide the portraits for your senior year. If you read and follow the instructions, your portrait sitting will be quick and smooth.
The most important thing, at this time, is to make your  appointment.
Please make your appointment by May 15th!

Senior portraits must be completed BEFORE school starts!
This year three appointment dates are available in May. This is
designed specifically for students who will be out of town later in the summer. Don’t forget about sports camps and last minute vacations!

Go to our website   www.gemshots.com   and click on the “Book an Appointment” tab. Then click “First Time User”. Available dates are May 27, 28, 29,  June 10, 11, 12,  July 8, 9, 10,  August 7, 8, 10, 11.

Westminster Senior Portrait Day Instructions:

Report to the Pressly Meeting Room. If you are in the Campbell parking lot looking at Pressly, go to the doors on the left.

There is a $50 sitting fee. We accept cash, check or credit cards.

Formal pictures will be made first. Portraits will be made on a standard painted background as well as solid black. Boys are asked to wear a coat and tie. We will supply the black drape for the girls. Girls should bring a tube top or something strapless to wear under the drape.
Casual pictures will be made next. These will be made outdoors around the campus. We allow (and recommend) outfit changes. This gives you a variety of choices. You may also bring your dog, siblings, car, musical instrument, family or whatever you would like as part of your photographs
.
Other instructions:
We want to make the best photographs possible. With the technology available, we can make some minor changes to images without much trouble. Basic facial retouching is included in the finished product.
However, things such as stray hairs, facial hair, and wrinkles in clothing are not so easily repaired and can be a bit costly.
Most outdoor pictures will be from the waist up, but just in case, please make a wise choice of shoes.

Remember:
Any students photographed in May or June will receive a sheet of wallet photographs at no charge. All orders postmarked by July 1st will receive an additional sheet of wallets at no charge.
